I have extensive experience as a Wellbeing/Mental Health Advisor and Health Coach of supporting clients with a range of mental health challenges, these include anxiety, depression and self harm behaviours. I am also experienced at supporting neurodivergent clients, in particular those who have ADHD and/or on the autism spectrum. I have supported trans+ individuals for the last ten years and run trans awareness training for a leading university.
