At Holistic Health I empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being through personalized coaching and guidance. I have extensive experience in supporting individuals with their mental and physical health and general wellbeing.
With personalized coaching, we will work together to create a customized plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. I specialise in natural approaches to building a strong immune system, weight loss, managing diabetes, support for chronic and degenerative health conditions, natural approaches to eczema and asthma, healthy eating, sleep hygiene, managing ADHD naturally and health, self-care and wellbeing for transgender and gender diverse individuals. I also offer health coaching and wellbeing support for parents and partners of individuals with ADHD.
